Connecting hearts and minds to build a better tomorrow, today.

Soluna
La Ventana, Baja California Sur, MX
March 31 - April 5th, 2027
A return to the body, the breath, and what is already here.
Held where
the desert meets the Sea of Cortez,
Soluna is a guided space for deep rest —
where exhaustion softens, the nervous system settles, and you reconnect with yourself more fully.
A spacious, depth-oriented retreat designed to support
what is ready to unwind, allowing
clarity, coherence, and aliveness to emerge naturally.
Held at Casa Tara, a private oceanfront sanctuary in
Baja California Sur, Mexico.

This is a space to step out of pace and into presence.
"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom"
~Anais Nin

There comes a point where the pull for something different becomes impossible to ignore.
Soluna is a space to step out of your daily environment and into a structured, supportive experience designed for deep restoration, reconnection, and meaningful internal shift.
This is not about surface-level insight —
it’s about working beneath the patterns that continue to repeat, and creating space for a different way of being.
If you’ve been doing the work yet still feel caught in certain cycles, this retreat is designed to help you move beyond them.
Who is this Retreat For
You may find yourself here if:
You’re exhausted in a way that rest alone doesn’t resolve
You’ve been holding yourself together for longer than feels sustainable
Something appears fine externally, while internally there is strain or depletion
You understand your patterns, yet still find yourself returning to them
You’ve done meaningful inner work, yet something essential still feels unresolved
You’re tired of efforting your way through healing, growth, or change
You sense you are at a threshold where the old way can no longer continue
And there is a quieter part of you that does not need fixing — only space, attention, and care
…and something in you already knows it does not need to continue this way.

The Invitation
What becomes possible is not more effort - it's less.
This retreat is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.
It is an invitation to step out of the constant pace of doing, and create space to rest, soften, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been quieted beneath the demands of everyday life.
Through presence and spaciousness, the experience supports a remembering of who you were before life became so full — and a return to what has always been there underneath.
The body softening out of held patterns
The mind settling out of over-effort
The subconscious becoming more accessible
The system remembering coherence without force
Through carefully guided practices and supported experiential work, space is created for meaningful internal shifts to emerge naturally — allowing the body, mind, and nervous system to settle into greater ease, clarity, and connection.

Held in Baja California Sur, Mexico
A coastal desert peninsula where the Sierra de la Giganta mountains meet the Sea of Cortez — one of the most expansive and elemental landscapes in North America.
La Ventana is a small coastal village on this eastern shoreline, where desert mountains open directly onto sea and sky.
Casa Tara sits directly on the water in a quiet, wind-shaped landscape of desert and ocean horizon.
It is approximately 45 minutes from La Paz International Airport (LAP) and about 2 to 2.5 hours from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).
The Experience
This is a six-day immersion that follows a natural arc of arrival, unwinding, opening, and integration.
You begin by arriving — into the land, the group, and a slower rhythm of being.
The early phase is not about doing, but about softening. The body begins to settle as you are held by the desert, the sea, and a carefully paced container that asks nothing beyond presence.
As the days unfold, the experience deepens. Breath, somatic inquiry, and guided inner work support what is ready to surface and be met with awareness. Space is woven throughout for silence, rest, and integration, allowing the system to process without overwhelm.
By the middle of the retreat, the rhythm often shifts — less about release, more about clarity. What was once held begins to reorganize through awareness rather than effort.
In the final days, the emphasis is integration. Nothing is being pushed or completed. There is simply a settling into what remains when noise falls away — a quieter internal reference point to return to.
Each day unfolds through an intentional arc of practices designed to engage both conscious and subconscious layers of the system.
You will be guided through a curated selection of daily practices, including:
Breathwork for grounding, release, and nervous system restoration
Yoga and somatic movement
Gentle restorative movement practices
Cold plunge immersion
Sound healing sessions
Guided hypnotherapy and subconscious integration practices
Reiki and energy healing support
Guided reflection and integration space
Depth-oriented, psychotherapy-informed support throughout the retreat
The rhythm of the experience
Thoughtfully guided yet spacious, the days are designed to feel supportive rather than full.
There is ample time between practices to rest, reflect, connect with the land and sea, or simply be.
Rather than pushing transformation, the retreat creates an environment where the body can recalibrate, the nervous system can soften, and meaningful internal shifts can emerge in their own timing.
"If the ocean can calm itself, so can you. We are both saltwater mixed with air."
— Nayyirah Waheed
This retreat is for you if something inside you is quietly asking for change — not the kind you can think your way into, but the kind your system has already been moving toward.
If you are feeling exhausted, overstretched, or have been holding yourself together for longer than feels sustainable…
this is a place to set it down.
It is for the moments when you recognize you can no longer continue at the same pace, in the same patterns, under the same internal pressure.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about creating enough space for what is already alive beneath exhaustion to be felt again.
Accommodations

This experience is held at Casa Tara — a setting that reflects the same spaciousness the retreat itself moves within.
Set directly on the shores of the Sea of Cortez, Casa Tara is a quiet oceanfront sanctuary in La Ventana, where desert mountains meet open water.
The property opens onto an uninterrupted stretch of beach, with expansive views of both ocean and surrounding desert landscape.
From the shoreline, dolphins are often seen moving through the bay, and—seasonally—whales along the horizon.
Open-air gathering spaces, ocean-facing pools, and quiet areas for rest and reflection are woven throughout the property.
An on-site spa offers a range of treatments and bodywork modalities available at an additional cost.
It is a place that naturally invites slowing down, softening, and arriving more fully into presence.
Nourishment

Throughout the retreat, meals are thoughtfully prepared to support rest, clarity, and ease in the body.
The cuisine is primarily pescatarian, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and shaped by seasonal abundance. Meals are light, grounding, and designed to feel both simple and deeply nourishing.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available, and meals can be gently adapted where possible to support individual needs without compromising quality or intention.
Please share any dietary requirements, allergies, or sensitivities at the time of registration so care can be taken in advance.
Meals are intended to feel simple, grounding, and quietly restorative.
SeaFari Ocean Excursion
(Additional Cost)

✧ SeaFari Ocean Excursion
An optional ocean experience offered during the retreat.
At the beginning of the week, there is the opportunity to join a guided SeaFari excursion on the Sea of Cortez — a full day spent on the water exploring one of the most biologically rich marine ecosystems in the world.
The experience includes time spent snorkelling in clear coastal waters, a freshly prepared lunch on or near the shoreline, and exploration of surrounding coves and coastline.
Depending on season and conditions, it is not uncommon to encounter dolphins, sea lions, and—at times—whales in open water.
For many, this becomes a defining moment of the retreat — an unstructured, immersive encounter with the living landscape of Baja and its oceanic expanse.
This experience is available as an optional add-on. Full details are shared upon booking.

Meet Your Facilitator

Miche is an integrative therapist and facilitator with over 30 years of experience across clinical practice and the healing arts.
Her work is depth-oriented, psychotherapy informed and trauma-aware, integrating somatic awareness, subconscious exploration, and expanded states of consciousness to support lasting change at the level of pattern, perception, and nervous system organization.
She is known for holding steady, grounded spaces where deeper layers of experience can surface safely—allowing unconscious material to be met, integrated, and reorganized rather than bypassed.
At the core of her facilitation is the capacity to support real transformation that is embodied, sustainable, and felt long after the retreat experience ends.
The Retreat Environment
In this sacred container, you’ll be gently guided back to your intuitive truth, reclaim your voice, and
begin making soul-aligned choices
that reflect who you truly are - not who the world has told you to be.
La Ventana sits in a wide, open meeting point between desert and sea, where the land feels stripped back to its essential elements—light, wind, horizon, and space.
The land feels elemental and expansive—cactus desert rolling into the Sea of Cortez, shaped by wind, light, and silence.
The desert here is not empty, but expansive. Cactus-dotted terrain rolls gently toward the shoreline, meeting the Sea of Cortez in long, uninterrupted lines of blue and sand. The air carries movement even in stillness; wind travels through the land, shaping everything it touches.
There is a particular quality of quiet here that is difficult to describe and easy to feel. It is not silence as absence, but silence as presence—held in the vastness of open space, warm light, and slow-moving time.
Over the course of the retreat, this environment begins to mirror the inner work itself. The spaciousness of the land becomes a support for inner spaciousness. The simplicity of the landscape becomes a permission to simplify inwardly.
What is held externally by desert and sea begins to be felt internally as steadiness, clarity, and ease.
Casa Tara is located in La Ventana, a small coastal village on the eastern edge of Baja California Sur, Mexico, along the Sea of Cortez.

Set along the shoreline where desert meets sea, Casa Tara is an eco-conscious oceanfront sanctuary designed to support restoration, presence, and deep reconnection with nature.
Every detail of the space has been considered to create an atmosphere of ease and refinement, where the natural world is allowed to lead the experience.
There is a quiet sense of entering a different rhythm here—where simplicity, space, and presence become the foundation of the stay.
There is a sense of crossing a threshold here… where the noise of the outer world begins to fall away, and something quieter, more spacious, begins to take over.
