A Double Helix Breathwork (DHB) Practitioner is first and foremost a trained and skilled professional in the

integration of breathwork techniques with a trauma-informed, holistic therapeutic approach.

These practitioners are dedicated to facilitating healing through the power of breath, combining it with mindfulness practices to support emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

The Double Helix Breathwork Practitioner Directory includes ONLY certified breathwork practitioners who have:

  • Completed a minimum of 50 hours of specialized Double Helix Breathwork training through an accredited program with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA); AND

  • Met the certification requirements (including case study submissions, personalized mentorship sessions and consultations) for certification as a Double Helix Breathwork Practitioner; AND

  • Completed a relevant educational program (e.g., in psychology, counselling, or another therapeutic field) or have relevant experience with trauma support training or trance work.

We encourage you to find a qualified and dedicated Double Helix Breathwork Practitioner

in your area by using our international directory above.
