My role is to support you in accessing your own insight and capacity for clarity, while holding a steady,

attuned space for what wants to be seen, felt, and understood.

This is a collaborative process rooted in presence, curiosity, and respect for your inner intelligence.

Integrative Session

A depth-oriented approach to personal, psychological, and spiritual support.

My work weaves together counselling with deeper inner inquiry, supporting you to explore not only what you are consciously experiencing, but the underlying patterns, emotional dynamics, and unconscious material shaping those experiences. This work can be engaged for personal growth, psychological understanding, or spiritual exploration, depending on what is present and needed.

Sessions are integrative in nature and may draw from a range of modalities within my training, including breathwork, hypnotherapy, Hellenistic astrology, tarot, and Reiki. The approach is not fixed or formulaic; rather, the tools used in each session are determined intuitively and clinically based on what will best support your process in that moment, creating a tailored and responsive experience.

Together, we explore patterns, emotional responses, belief structures, and nervous system dynamics to understand how your inner world is shaping your lived reality. This is an experiential and awareness-based process, where insight is not only cognitive but embodied—something you can feel, work with, and integrate in real time.

My role is not to provide answers or direct your path, but to support you in accessing your own inner clarity, while offering grounded tools and presence to help you navigate what arises. The intention is to support meaningful, sustainable shifts that are aligned with your deeper sense of truth, capacity, and self-understanding.

Breathwork

A depth-oriented, nervous-system-aware approach to working with the body, the breath, and the subconscious.

The breathwork I offer is rooted in my Double Helix Breathwork method—a trauma-informed, regulation-based approach shaped by both modern therapeutic understanding and traditional breathwork lineages, including the work of Leonard Orr and Dr. Stanislav Grof.

This is a structured yet intuitive process that uses the breath as a bridge into the body and the deeper layers of your internal experience, where emotional patterns, protective responses, and stored tension are often held.

Rather than pushing for intensity, the focus is on pacing, awareness, and allowing your system to open in a way that feels supported and sustainable. Through the breath, you may begin to access emotions, sensations, or subconscious material that has been held beneath the surface. Some sessions are deeply regulating, while others may bring forward experiences that are ready to be felt, processed, and integrated.

Sound is intentionally woven into each session as a supportive layer. Through music, tone, and guided elements, the breath and vibration work together to support release, reorganization, and integration within the body.

Sessions are offered one-on-one and in group settings. Individual sessions allow for a more personalized and contained experience, while group work brings an additional layer of shared presence and community. There is a unique depth that can emerge when working in a collective field, where individual and group processes often inform one another.

At its core, this work is not about force or performance. It is about developing a deeper relationship with your body, your breath, and your inner world—supporting shifts that are embodied, integrated, and sustainable over time.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Working with the subconscious to support insight, change, and integration.

Clinical hypnosis is informed by Ericksonian and trance-based approaches, offering a way to access deeper layers of the mind where patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are often held.

In a focused and relaxed state, we work with the subconscious to explore underlying dynamics and support shifts at that level. This may include reframing, resourcing, and working with symbolic or imaginal material in a way that aligns with your internal experience.

This approach is collaborative and responsive, supporting increased awareness, flexibility, and integration—particularly in areas where patterns may feel ingrained or difficult to access through conscious processing alone.

Astrology Reading

My astrology readings are grounded in Hellenistic astrology, approached through a psychological lens that emphasizes self-awareness, inner understanding, and personal development rather than prediction or fixed outcomes. I work with the chart as a symbolic map of psyche and lived experience, offering insight into patterns, inner dynamics, and growth opportunities that can support greater clarity and integration in your life.

As I am still early in my formal study and continued integration of astrology within my broader therapeutic practice, I am currently offering readings at a reduced rate. This reflects both my ongoing development in the craft and my intention to work with real charts in a way that deepens my skill, precision, and embodied understanding. Sessions are held with care, presence, and respect for the depth of what your chart can reveal.

Tarot Reading

A reflective tool for insight, clarity, and deeper self-awareness.

Tarot is used as a contemplative and symbolic tool to support reflection, insight, and meaning-making. Rather than prediction, the focus is on bringing awareness to patterns, dynamics, and potential directions that may not yet be fully conscious.

Informed by depth psychology and archetypal frameworks, readings become a space for dialogue between conscious awareness and deeper layers of the psyche. This can support clarity, perspective, and a more grounded relationship to your current experience.

Distance Energy Work

Supporting balance, integration, and energetic alignment.

Distance energy work offers a complementary way to support the body’s energetic and nervous system processes. Drawing from contemplative training and subtle body awareness, these sessions are intended to support regulation, integration, and overall coherence within the system.

While the experience is often subtle and subjective, many find it supportive in creating a sense of grounding, openness, and connection—particularly alongside other modalities such as breathwork or counselling.
